Research Interests
My two main research interests are geospatial data science and data management. My current research focuses on using geospatial analytics and integrating spatiotemporal data including stream sensors and satellite imagery to develop predictive models to monitor nutrient flows in the environment. My second research focus is on data management, more especially on how to apply FAIR principles to data, metadata, models and results. In our FAIR-Ontology research area, we work with companies and national laboratories to help them manage and organize their data properly to enable more efficient processes in the organization.
